I have been practicing yoga since 2006. In the beginning I practiced yoga in a class once a week. Over time, I became more and more involved with yoga and yoga philosophy. In December 2019 I completed a 200 YTT in Kerala India. There I learned meditation, yoga philosophy, yoga diet and immersed myself in the yoga practice and in the ashram for four weeks. Since then I have been practicing yoga daily and continue to attend yoga classes.
